Cyrus, Now Cookie

We are sad to announce our girl is back with us. Cookie is a 3 year old Carolina Dog/ Shepherd mix, she may also have some Husky in her. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She is a great girl with lots of energy. She would do best in an active home with a dog friend she can play with. She is sweet and wants all the love. The complaints/ reasons she was returned are a shock to us as we never experienced any issues with her during fostering and still haven’t. It leads me to believe that Cookie wasn’t getting the activity she needed. She needs to go on walks, have trips to the dog park or hike a couple times a week to get out her energy. She knows basic commands such as: sit, stay, lay down. We are currently working with her on her leash behavior, she does pull a bit. If you have an active home/ life this is the girl for you!
