Adopt A Dog Today

Our Adoption Process:

• Fill out interest form online – Just because you fill out an interest form does not mean you will hear back from us. We receive multiple forms for each dog.
• If we decide to move forward with you as a potential adopter based off your interest form, we will send you the adoption application to fill out and return.
• After receiving your adoption application, we will review and if we still wish to continue, we will schedule meet and greet/ home check.
  • Please note, just because a home check and meet and greet is scheduled does not mean you are guaranteed a dog.
• It is possible that a dog will have multiple meet and greets scheduled. After all potential adopters meet the desired dog and home checks are conducted, we will decide what home we feel is best for the dog.
• At that time if the family we have chosen is still interested we will complete an adoption contract and adoption donation will be paid.
• If for some reason the dog does not work with out for you and your family the dog MUST be returned to Hope Rescue and Recovery’s care.
